Lauren Mudry (Instructor)
Lauren is a native of Lansing and has dedicated her life to the art of dance. She received her B.S. in Dance Performance and Teaching from Eastern Michigan University in 2013. Before that, received her Degree in Fine Arts: Graphic Design from Lansing Community College. Lauren has taught all over Mid Michigan for many different age levels for ten years. As a performer she has danced for Happendance, LCC Repertory Company, Eastern Michigan University, and even had the privilege of dancing with Detroit Dance Collective and as a dancer for the American College Dance Festival. Lauren has been involved in many dance administration positions including Assistant Director LCC's 2010 Spring Concert, Assistant Producer/Director the the Detroit Institute of Art Video Dance Project 2013, and President of EMU Dance Forum Student Organization. As an educator and choreographer she strives to enthusiastically prepare and guide young dancers through an expressive creative process. Lauren has been a student and instructor for Donna Marie and is excited to be back and share her new and fresh outlook on dance with her students! Grace Snitgen (Office Manager and Acro Instructor)
Miss Grace took her first dance class at the age of 5 at the Maryland Youth Ballet Academy. She has danced on and off throughout her life. In college she danced with Calvin College's Dance Guild in Grand Rapids all four years during her college education and also helped coach recreational gymnastics for elementary age kids. She was also an assistant coach for Portland's recreational gymnastics program. This will be Miss Grace's 7th year teaching at Donna Marie's Studio of Dance and she is passionate about sharing her love of dance with the students that she teaches!
